"The trunk is amazing quality. It has lots of pockets inside to keep your luggage organized, a mesh net to hold gear on the outside of the trunk or help further compress clothes inside, a lined shoe compartment, and straps to cinch down the trunk more. It wheels around easily without issue. The handle tucks away neatly, though I wish it were a bit longer. The best part is this trunk is very lightweight on its own. I was surprised to get so many compliments on this luggage! Everything feels high quality and is lined. The value can't be beat."

It rolls through anything even if their repairing the areas you have to pulls through it will do it. Even in construction sites. Just look at those wheels and try it yourselves. Nice bag, not repairable

"I have had this bag for around 2 years, averaging 2 trips per month with it. my average load is around 23kg/50 lbs, and have never exceeded 27kg/60lbs in it. In that time, I have had 1 buckle break, some minor rips on the inside, and the zippers are difficult to pull around the corners. Nothing that is a deal breaker, but not stellar eather. Overall it carries what I needed well, and is easy to pull. Occasionally airlines will force me to put it through oversized luggage, but that is the exception. I liked the boot locker, it keeps my work boots from messing up everything else. I genuinely liked the bag. My big issue with the bag that is drastically lowering my review score is, their famed "no matter what" warranty. I have found it to be useless, as they don't cover airline travel. On one of my recent trips the airline broke the extension handle which is needed to pull the bag behind you without kicking it with your heals (especially if you are over 190cm/6'2" tall). Eagle creek refuses to cover it saying it is the airlines responsibility, and my airline will not cover a 650$ bag, or attempt to repair it. When I attempted to buy a replacement handle from eagle creek was informed that they will not sell me one, so I can't even fix it myself. Meaning that my $650 bag is now effectively useless to me. . . which for only 2 years of travel makes it a very poor investment. On a premium bag priced at the very top of the market range I consider this to be very poor support."
