"Good back pack, used it on a trip. Unfortunately, the webbing loop (female piece) on the outside of the pack does not stay in if not clipped to the male end. Ended up losing it. Eagle creek does not have replacement part for sale and the male end is sowed to the pack. Bit of a bad design on this. Easy solution would be to sell replacement parts. Was expecting more from eagle creek on this."
