Losing patience

"I have been loyal Eagle Creek customer for over 15 years. I have referred others to purchase. In last 6 months that accounted for 3 large bags purchases of referrals and 1 for myself. In 2 of the 4 the Zipper has broke within the first 2-3 times of use. On one the was also discoloration of a blue bag and it looks dirty. I LOVE the wheels, and multiple handles. I have read reviews and have seen a drop in quality since the change in mgmt. I just sent a bag bad for Zipper repair, and now have to send a second. Although it's free, shipping is not so there is a cost to repair a 'new' bag."

I like this bag. Nice

"I like this bag. Nice size, as in not too large. Appreciate the zippered compartments. Hopefully durable."

Not thrilled with the lengthwise

"Not thrilled with the lengthwise flap on the large suitcase."

Light Weight

"Light weight and very practical. Just what I wanted."

Meh.

"It’s light and well made, but otherwise kind of frustrating. It’s narrow and deep and angles in at the top, limiting what and how you can pack; it always seems to be very hard to close, because judging the angle when the flap is open is hard. It’s also hard to access whatever is packed in the bottom without unpacking everything. I have a 22” squared-off soft side backpack carrry-on that fits almost as much. Not what I was hoping for in a wheel-aboard."

One Week Wonder!

"Perfect for a week-long trip, packed with light-weight, summer clothes. Love the fact that there are handles on three sides of the luggage, and that the telescoping handle can be safely tucked into a zipped compartment to help alleviate damage caused by airline transfers. Typical top Eagle Creek quality, and the dark green looks classy, too."

Fantastic wheels

"Wheels are the only reason why I purchased this item, looks good too. Shipping was fast."

Excellent piece of luggage with some unique design improvements

"Great piece of luggage! There's a couple of design elements that I wondered about and have grown to really appreciate--the protected section at the bottom of the suitcase is really nice for things I don't want to get bumped around; the handles are sturdy, don't stick out and there are lots of them--very clever; of course, the recessed wheels are sturdy and awesome--a strong link in the chain rather than the vulnerable one; and it's bug but sized so that it would be hard to go over 50 pounds. Nice job!"

Little disappointed. Zipper stitching beagn

"Little disappointed. Zipper stitching beagn breaking on 1st trip. Second trip the zipper broke in half. Luckly the internal "keep your stuff together straps" held on and I did not loose anything. Will be sending it back for repair. Disappointed it did not hold up better."
