"We just returned home from Ireland and one wheel on my checked bag was damaged. I went on the Eagle Creek website and sent an email 15 Oct 23 about the damaged wheel. Brittany responded the next day and sent me two new wheels for $10.?? shipping which I received on 21 Oct 23 and installed DIY. Our bags have been to all 7 Continents, and this is the first damage to a wheel that we have experienced. Their service was easy, professional and prompt I could not be more pleased. "Eagle Creek makes high quality, light and durable luggage. This is no exception. But the absence of large interior and exterior pockets makes organizing stuff harder and I would say generally that it is less stable on its wheels compared to other EC products. I miss my EC Load Warrior. It lasted over ten years until the zipper broke. I assumed I could find a comparable replacement. Big mistake. Even if replacing the zipper had cost as much as the new suitcase itself, I would have been happier."
"The luggage worked OK for my trip to England but after one trip it was already showing wear. Maybe recycled materials aren't the best choice for luggage. Zippered pockets inside the main compartment would be nice."

"This was a gift to the person I was traveling with, and his old luggage had zipper issues. This bag looks like it will last a long time and zipper placement puts less stress on the zipper. At first he thought it did not hold as much until he placed his Eagle Creek cubes such that they stacked vertically. Then it held more than he could pack. Wheels are sturdy which was a factor in picking this bag."
