"As i expected"
"Plenty comfortable if your accommodations are far from the train stations. Fits in air and train overhead racks. Zippers match nicely to hook a carabiner or lock."
"Rain cover interferes with fitment. It stores between lumbar support and the pack. This creates a lump that the pack rotates on, up and down, left and right. Also it makes the waist strap too tight when pulled enough to make the pack stable. Too bad, the rain cover should store below the pack. I loved this pack until I got it fit and loaded it. The strap hardware takes extra effort and doesn’t fine adjust easily. Shoulder straps were okay thickness but the mesh covering chafed under load. Design-wise it’s got loads of features including the expansion/compression zip which is super cool. One real plus is the the straps don’t have a solid, curved yoke like Osprey. But when fit compared to other brands, the weird rain cover storage really interfered. I did try fitment with rain cover on the pack and found the fit improved, but the hip belt was too small and concentrated weight in too small an area. If you don’t plan on lots of sweaty carry time, this pack might be okay."
"This is a bag that you want to be sure fits in an airline overhead compartment as much as it works on the trail. It works great in both situations, and looks great too. My only complaint is a rather common one for all rucksacks: manufacturers should always use top-quality zippers, belts, stitching, and clasps, because we all know that's what's going to break first. It's too soon for me to say how well the zippers will hold up, but the belts are too thin and the clasps are too small and are made of hard plastic, which will certainly break in time. If the clasps were easily replaceable, I wouldn't mind so much, but they aren't. So everything works fine now, but I'm experienced enough to know that when a clasp breaks, I'll have to get out the old ball of twine. We should be long past this in 2023. Still, otherwise, great bag!"
"I bought this for my cousin as a graduation present. She loves it. It’s a great all around d pack/bag for travel and for quick trips home."
